Sunken Island is a submerged island, coral plateau, reef slope dive in Gili Anyaran, east of Gili Rengit, Sekotong, with a working depth range of approximately 5–30 m. Recreational diving is offered year-round when wind, swell and tidal current permit. April–October often brings drier weather, but site choice remains condition-dependent.

Do not stand on the shallow plateau, maintain separation from resting sharks and turtles, and follow the planned side of the submerged island.
A flexible setup works best: use a macro lens for small subjects on sand, rubble and coral, or wide angle for the broader reef structure. Maintain stable trim, avoid stirring sediment and never move or touch wildlife for a photograph.
