Diveable year-round when park, wind and sea conditions permit. April–October often offers the clearest dry-season conditions; seasonal wind can prevent access to one side of the island.

Use sand for training, keep clear of the jetty’s active boat zone and maintain conservative depth on the outer slope.
A flexible setup works best: use a macro lens for small subjects on sand, rubble and coral, or wide angle for the broader reef structure. Maintain stable trim, avoid stirring sediment and never move or touch wildlife for a photograph.
Batu Putih is a reef slope, boulders, soft coral dive in East Gili Rengit, Sekotong, with a working depth range of approximately 5–27 m.
