Diveable year-round when park, wind and sea conditions permit. April–October often offers the clearest dry-season conditions; seasonal wind can prevent access to one side of the island.

Use the site’s dedicated mooring rather than assuming it is reachable from Pos II. Avoid overhead passages beyond training and keep excellent buoyancy around fragile wall growth.

USS Liberty Wreck is a historic wreck, shore dive, artificial reef dive in Tulamben Bay, with a working depth range of approximately 3–30 m.
